🌿 Important information and regulations for our members 🌿
Here you will find all relevant information and regulations that affect everyday life in our allotment association. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure harmonious coexistence and a well-maintained garden.
Green waste:
- Green waste and garden waste can 2 and 3 Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. each month to the collection point (Container Tiefe Str.).
- Please ensure that the green waste is clean and free of foreign material.
Scrap metal:
- Old garden tools, metal scrap and scrap can be brought to the collection point (Container Tiefe Str.) on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of the month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Please inform your Pathkeeper in advance if you want to dispose of larger quantities.
Community work:
- All members are required to complete 6 hours of community work annually.
- The current projects and Deployment dates can be found in the display case at the clubhouse and on our website.
Hedge trimming:
- Hedge maintenance takes place twice a year in spring and autumn.
- Make sure that your hedge does not exceed the prescribed height and that it does not affect paths and neighboring plots.
Rest periods:
- Our rest periods are from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on Sundays.
- Please avoid loud work and machine noise during these times to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.
Contact person:
- Pathkeeper: Responsible for the care and maintenance of paths and common areas.
- Garden consultant: Supports you with tips and advice on all aspects of garden care.
- board: Available for general inquiries and club matters.
